Allergy Clinic

Allergy Serum is given:

  • Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 11:30 am & 1:00 pm - 3:30 pm
  • Wednesday from 9:00 am - 11:30 am & 1:00 pm - 3:30 pm

Antigen and injection instructions must be provided at the first visit. MD record of date and dose of last shot needs to be provided PRIOR to beginning at ASU unless there are no previous injections. There is a per semester charge to be paid at the first visit to receive allergy injections.

Payment receipt for insurance claim is available from the pharmacy or allergy clinic upon request.
