Student AppCard is REQUIRED for all services! Student Health is now cashless. Please use card or digital payment methods.

Scheduling Appointments

Please call M.S. Shook Student Health Service at (828) 262-3100 to schedule an appointment before visiting. Note that all services require an appointment, except for purchasing items from the pharmacy.

No-Show & Cancellation Policy

A $50 fee applies for missed appointments or cancellations with less than 2 hours' notice.

Monday - Friday 7:30-4:30 PM

(All days: Closed from 12 - 1 PM for lunch, last appointment available at 4 p.m.)

Hickory Campus

Wednesday 8 AM–4 PM (Last appointment available at 3 p.m)
