Privacy

To protect your privacy, M.S. Shook Student Health Service does not post detailed medical information on your student account. Charges will appear as "Health Services Charge." You can request an itemized statement if needed.

When you use your health insurance, the policy holder will receive an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) from the insurance company. The EOB outlines the services provided, the insurance payment, and any amount you owe. You are not required to use your insurance for every visit. If you choose not to use your insurance, please inform the front desk, nurse, or provider at each appointment.
