Student AppCard is REQUIRED for all services!
In the event of uncertainty regarding the severity of a health emergency, please call 911 without delay or proceed to the Emergency Room at Watauga Medical Center. For additional assistance, you may also contact Appalachian State University Police at (828) 262-8000.
Limited Service & Weekend Hours
During Limited Service and weekend hours, we primarily handle acute injuries or illnesses that cannot wait for regular clinic hours. Services are provided by registered nurses who may offer treatment or refer you to an on-call clinician, including MDs, PAs, or NPs. Please note that Laboratory, Radiology (X-Ray), and full Pharmacy services are not available during these times.

Semester Breaks: 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM
Saturday/Sunday: 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM
