Recently I joined Appstate Student Health as a staff physician returning to my Family and Sports medicine roots. I am a former figure skater which instilled the goal of taking care of athletes. I am currently working on completing my 500 hours of Yoga Teacher Training. What started as a self-care practice is now something that I hope I can promote and share with my patients.
