NOTICE - Whether the clinic is open or not, any time there is any doubt or question about the severity of a health emergency, call 911 immediately or go to the Hospital Emergency Room. Also, Appalachian State University  Police can be contacted at (828) 262-8000.

Limited Service and Weekends -- AppCard REQUIRED for ALL Services!

The Limited Service and Weekend hours are to care primarily for students with acute injury or illness that cannot wait until our full service clinic hours.

It is staffed by Registered Nurses. Appropriate nursing treatment and/or referral to clinician on call may be provided as necessary with either a Medical Doctor (MD), Physician's Assistant (PA) or a Nurse Practitioner (NP).

Access to Laboratory, Radiology (X-Ray) and full Pharmacy is not available during any After-Hours Nurse Clinics.

Sunday 8:00 am - 11:00 am

Whenever our clinic is not open, you may contact our after-hours nurse telephone service. To speak with a Registered Nurse, call (828) 262-3100 and follow the prompts. If you have an immediate emergency, dial 911.
