Please call M.S. Shook Student Health Service at (828) 262-3100 to schedule an appointment before visiting. Note that all services require an appointment, except for purchasing items from the pharmacy.

No-Show & Cancellation Policy

A $50 fee applies for missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice.

Regular Appointment Hours

Boone Campus

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 8 a.m.–5 p.m., Wednesday 9 a.m.–5 p.m. (All days: Last appointment available at 4 p.m.); Saturday 8–11 a.m. (limited services)

Hickory Campus

Wednesday 8 a.m.–4 p.m. (Last appointment available at 3 p.m)
